Position Camps

Setter Camp (girls entering Gr. 8-12)

July 15-19, 9:00-11:00 AM and August 19-23, 9;00 -11:00 AM

          This camp will focus on all technical areas of setting including the setting act itself, footwork and game management.  The camp will also provide the athletes with practical repetitions in both drill and game play context. The camp will also provide training in defence specific to the setter position. ($180 plus GST)

Hitters Camp (girls entering Gr 8-12)

July 15-19, 11:15 AM-1:15 PM & August 19-23, 11:15 AM-1:15 PM

          This camp will focus on attacking, serving, passing and digging contacts.  Special emphasis will be placed on footwork and technical movement development. Athletes will be provided with practical repetitions in both drill and game play context. ($180 plus GST)

Junior High Camp (Boys & Girls)

July 29 - August 2 (athletes entering Gr 7-9) 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM

          The camp is designed to help athletes establish solid technical habits as it pertains to executing the skills of volleyball while establishing a healthy competitive playing environment throughout the week.  Each day will include skill execution and repetition as well as competitive game play. ($200 plus GST)

Kids Volley Camps (Boys & Girls)

July 8-12 (ages 7-12) 9:00- 10:30 AM or 10:30AM - 12:00 PM

July 22-26 (ages 7-12) 9:00- 10:30 AM or 10:30AM - 12:00 PM

          Kids Volley camps will be  a fun focus on learning the basic first contact skills of volleyball including serve, forearm pass and some setting.  We will introduce some attacking in a fun context as the week progresses.  Proper footwork patterns will also be a significant focus during the camp. (150$ Plus GST)
